Return Policy
100% satisfaction guarantee
Your must call Air-Tite Holders, Inc. for
any reason of product return. You will receive a return authorization number
(RA#) that must be written on the outside of the package.
Return due to satisfaction
guarantee:
- Customers have 10 business
days from delivery date to notify Air-Tite Holders, Inc. of your intent to
return an unsatisfied product. This will reduce the time required to
process your refund or item replacement. You will be refunded 100% of the
purchased price; we do not refund the original or return shipping charges
unless product return is due to manufacturing defects.
- All returned merchandise must
be received in resalable condition,
unless the merchandise is found to be defective. We strongly suggest that
you use a secure packing method with insurance when returning your items,
since we cannot be responsible for the items not being received at
Air-Tite Holders, Inc.
- You will receive
the refund upon our receipt and inspection of the merchandise.
Return due to damage caused by
shipping:
- Customers have 3 business
days from delivery date to notify Air-Tite Holders, Inc. of your intent to
file a claim due to damage in transit. It is necessary for us to file a
claim with the carrier prior to the return of damaged goods.
- It is also required that you
save the shipping carton and all packing materials until a claim is
completely processed by the shipping company.
International Returns: Air-Tite Holders, Inc. cannot
refund any duties, taxes or fees paid on the order.
