You must call Air-Tite Holders, Inc. (800-521-1248) for any reason to return product. You will receive a return authorization number (RA#) that must be written on the outside of the package.

You must call Air-Tite Holders, Inc. (800-521-1248) for any reason to return product. You will receive a return authorization number (RA#) that must be written on the outside of the package.
Return due to satisfaction guarantee:
- Customers have 7 business days from delivery date to notify Air-Tite Holders, Inc. of your intent to return an unsatisfied product. You will be refunded 100% of the purchased product price; we do not refund the original or return shipping charges unless product return is due to manufacturing defects.
- All returned merchandise must be received in resalable condition, unless the merchandise is found to be defective. We strongly suggest that you use a secure packing method when returning your items, since we cannot be responsible for the items not being received at Air-Tite Holders, Inc. in resalable condition.
- You will receive the refund upon our receipt and inspection of the merchandise.
- Customers have 3 business days from delivery date to notify Air-Tite Holders, Inc. of damages due to shipping in order for Air-Tite Holders, Inc. to process a claim with the shipping carrier.
- It is also required that you save the shipping carton and all packing materials until a claim is completely processed by the shipping company.
